Suntech, DuPont to Collab on Solar Backsheets, Supply Chain

It's easy to think about modules as singular units of power output, but the reality is that they are a collection of diverse components, each with influence over the end system's total cost and performance. For DuPont, its focus is of course on the materials side, from metallization pastes used to form contacts on the solar cell, to backsheet materials that protect the panels themselves.
DOE's Untold Impact on Solar

The Obama Administration's $60 billion Loan Guarantee Program (LGP) for renewable energy is considered a failure because of Solyndra, Beacon Power, and potential 2012 bankruptcies. What is not well known is that 75 percent of the program's deployed funds went to relatively low risk power plants that will catapult the U.S. to a leadership role in the utility-scale solar sector. This is hardly the hallmark of a "failed program." The program is akin to Shakespeare's King Henry V, who said as a delinquent Prince: "I'll so offend as to make offense a skill, redeeming time when men think least I will."

Company History

GREENFUEL TECHNOLOGIES was established in 1999 as an alternative energy company.  The vision of GreenFuel was to provide feasible alternative energy sources.  Our commitment to our children and the planet is the road map we have used to find economically feasible solutions utilizing environmentally sound methods.

In 2006 we combined a 20+ year construction and electrical experience to explore the green building industry.  Since that time GreenFuel has developed a very successful solar division with over two megawatts of installations and 20+ megawatts under development.  We have developed commercial solar thermal as well as domestic hot water systems.  Our ever-growing product line includes innovative patent pending installation equipment, energy saving devices, green build, and eco friendly products.

GreenFuel Technologies develops unique and innovative systems to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our in-house design and engineering team combines fifteen years of experience,  and we  are capable of working with existing structures or assisting in conceptual building design integration.  The capable GreenFuel team has developed small scale residential, off-grid, and utility-grade facilities.

Recognizing the specific financial needs of clients, in 2007 we developed financial products that capitalize on available tax credits.  In partnership with the Reznick Group, Kutak Rock, and Round Rock Partners; we created a vested PPA program, so regardless of tax liability, schools, municipal facilities, and businesses could take advantage of renewable energy solutions. In 2010 we brought both  residential  and commercial customers Solar Lease programs that allow for ZERO money down for Solar Solutions.

GreenFuel  Technologies has created a one-stop source for all your solar and green building needs. We can answer questions and help educate in all areas of renewable energy and responsible building practices. We  can show you how to incorporate the latest technologies into your existing home, commercial building, or guide you from the ground up. GreenFuel Technologies also offers a great opportunity for you to enter into the rapidly-growing and exciting solar energy business. We offer turn-key opportunities as well as sales leads in every domestic region, including Mexico and Canada.
