AZ Solar Leasing Program
NEW PROMOTION, “NO PAYMENT FOR 12 Months”, for Lease’s signed before March 1st
The Age of Solar is Here! Now you can “go solar” for no upfront cost, and experience real cash savings from day one. Finance your residential solar energy system for payments lower than bank financing or your current electric bill
How It Works
Leasing your solar system from Green Fuel allows us to leverage subsidies unavailable to homeowners. What’s the result? You can get solar for less than the cost of electricity from the grid!
Green Fuel buys your system for you. If you have good credit, there is no upfront cost. You simply pay as you go while enjoying real savings from green energy. For most homeowners, lease payments are equal to or less than the electric bill savings produced by the solar system. At the end of the lease term (15-20 years) you may choose to have the system removed, re-lease the system, or purchase at fair market value.

Green Fuel program, provided by APOLLO RESIDENTIAL SOLAR LEASE — FAQ
What happens if I move before the lease ends?
1) You may transfer the lease to the new homeowner, or,
2) Purchase the system at Fair Market Value (if home sale occurs after year 5 of your lease term).
Do I still receive local and federal solar incentives?
Indirectly, yes. You still receive the benefits of local and federal incentives through a significant discount in your lease. In certain regions, some additional personal tax advantages may also be available. Please consult your CPA for specific advice.
What happens to the excess power generated by my solar system?
In most areas, excess power flows back into the grid and is “sold” to the utility, in which case you may receive a credit on your electric bill.
What happens if there is a roof leak?
Your installer is required by Apollo to perform leak-free installation, and to fully insure and warranty their workmanship. If there is a leak, then our buying power will help you resolve the issue with your installer.
What happens if something breaks, or performance deteriorates?
We monitor your system remotely to ensure it is performing properly. If a part fails, we will replace it at no cost to you. Some minimal performance deterioration is expected (solar panels generally deteriorate 1/2 of one percent per year), however we guaranty system performance throughout the lease term. Your system has no moving parts, and the components come with manufacturer warrantees that ensure long term performance. With a little bit of maintenance, your solar panels should last 35-40 years.
Do I need to perform any maintenance?
Keeping the panels free from dust, debris, leaves and shade are the only maintenance we require. Depending on your location, this could mean washing the panels once per year, and trimming any nearby trees.
