Once a call tag is created, the operations department schedules a site evaluation for that same day, or within 24 hours. The Green Fuel representative provides a full site inspection and systems check, as well as documenting all customer issues with digital pictures and written site-evaluation notes. This information is downloaded into the customer’s database and the appropriate actions are taken. For emergencies and urgent issues, please contact 602-269-9206. GreenFuel customers have 24 hour, 7 days week phone access to the operations manager. Project Management Timely installations can only be completed with a well-organized project management plan coordinated from the very beginning. Our operations staff has over 50 checks and balances for accurately completing projects. A thorough pre-flight walkthrough of the project verifies all the required components and materials.
