Our dedicated customer service staff responds to calls immediately. If a customer service issue arises, a case and a call tag are created within our CRM client management system.  Once a call tag is created, the operations department schedules a site evaluation for that same day, or within 24 hours. The Green Fuel representative provides a full site inspection and systems check, as well as documenting all customer issues with digital pictures and written site-evaluation notes. This information is downloaded into the customer’s database and the appropriate actions are taken.

Project Management

Timely installations can only be completed with a well-organized project management plan coordinated from the very beginning. Our operations staff has over 50 checks and balances for accurately completing projects. A thorough pre-flight walkthrough of the project verifies all the required components and materials. These steps are entirely necessary to ensure that we deliver products and services you will be proud to call your own.

Our installations have received praise and recognition from multiple municipalities, and some even use GreenFuel residential and commercial installations as testing facilities when training new inspectors on what to look for in a quality installation.

We start our new installation crew members out with all the tools and guidance they need to be successful in the field, including: detailed procedural manuals, senior staff mentorship, and up-to-date training as their careers develop.

We felt it vital to establish a fully-transparent system so that both the customer and vendors could view the stages their projects were in. This type of transparency makes GreenFuel and our team of professionals accountable for their individual actions, and ensures quality customer service.

At critical points in the development timeline, we will require your authorization to ensure accuracy. These steps are taken to give you insight and decision control over your projects, as well as create a clear understanding of our development process.

We source and develop the most advanced, green building materials available in the U.S. market today. Removal and recycling of all applicable materials from each job site that can be reused in other ways allows us to conserve resources and pass the savings on to you.

Should hazardous materials ever be involved at our job sites, our construction supervisors are responsible for ensuring our employees and customers are well protected from any harm or misuse of such materials, and we will thoroughly dispose of all hazardous materials in the appropriate manner to limit environmental contamination.
