Project Financing

The Green Fuel team provides the knowledge, experience, and background to fund qualified renewable energy projects. Design & Engineering

Green Fuel’s experienced design staff combines over fifteen years of experience in the design and installation of electrical systems, including solar photovoltaic, FMC, PLC, motor control and internal reconstruction. Green Fuel’s engineering team has created, trained and managed teams for as-built installation projects on major municipal utility projects for Salt River Project. As well as developed new construction designs for new power distribution facilities and renovation of existing power distribution facilities throughout SRP’s system.

Procurement

Green Fuel handles all procurement matter for each project. A combination of residential, small commercial and large scale projects that are completed on a daily basis by the Green Fuel operations staff provide volume purchase discounts that help lower the cost of installation. Green Fuel passes our savings on to the customer.

Customer Service

The Green Fuel customer service department responds to calls immediately. As issues arise, a customer service case is established within our CRM system. A call tag is subsequently created. Once this is done, the operations department schedules a site evaluation within 24 hours. The Green Fuel representative provides a full system check, as well as documenting all customer issues with digital pictures and written site evaluation notes. This information is downloaded into the customer’s database and the appropriate action is taken.

Green Fuel customers have access to a 24 hour, 7 days a week phone line to call in problems. A full site evaluation is conducted when appropriate to verify the source of the problem and necessary steps are taken to rectify the situation.
