Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We have partnered with FedEx for shipping your purchase. Unlike many other companies we do not charge additional costs for shipping.  Please note, GreenFuelSolar.com may take up to 2-10 business days  to process your order before it is shipped.

RETURNS

We are proud to guarantee your satisfaction. As such, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of product shipment and will refund the original cost of the product that was charged.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.  We do not reimburse any costs for return shipping and, for your protection, we encourage you to send your returns with FedEx or UPS (or any method that will provide tracking and shipment verification). We cannot be held responsible for lost return packages and we cannot accept any COD packages. Returns are only accepted when they are preapproved by a Green Fuel sales employee.  All returns must be in original packaging and must include all parts and accessories that may have been included in the original shipment.
